Lizeth was a High Profile/High Net-worth nanny to families for a couple of years before transitioning over into solely newborn care and the birth world. She knew early on that her passion was at the heart of supporting families in any way possible while still educating with informational based care. She received a Bachelors in Early Childhood Development and Family Studies. She is a full Spectrum Doula, a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and a Lactation Educator. She makes it a point to constantly expand her education and stay up to date on all things child related.

She prioritizes building strong relationships with the families she serves. By offering consistent continuity of care, she aims to establish trust and familiarity, creating a foundation for open communication and personalized support. She understands that each family's needs are unique, and she adapts her approach accordingly, tailoring her support to meet their specific goals, preferences, and concerns.

As a doula, it is essential for her to provide non-judgmental support to every client. She honors and respects the choices and decisions made by individuals and their partners, regardless of their birth plan, cultural background, or personal beliefs. Her goal is to create a judgment-free space where families feel safe and supported in making informed decisions that align with their values.
